How to structure B2B product and use-case pages for AI search

Help buyers evaluate your offer with clear capabilities, limitations, implementation details, and relevant proof.

A B2B product or use-case page should help someone decide whether the offer fits their situation. Explain the capability, the audience, the operating requirements, and the evidence. That makes the page more useful to a buyer arriving from either a traditional search result or an AI answer.

Do not replace the page with a collection of short answers written only for machines. Keep a coherent explanation and make important facts easy to find.

Give each page a distinct job

A product page explains the offer and how it works. A use-case page applies it to a particular task or situation. If both repeat the same broad claims, neither gives the reader much reason to continue.

For an illustrative example, a product page for a reporting tool might describe data connections, reporting features, and access controls. A use-case page for weekly revenue reporting should explain the inputs, the team responsible, the report's limitations, and what happens when data is missing.

Answer the evaluation questions

Use this review sequence on one priority page:

  1. Can a new visitor tell what the offer does from the opening?
  2. Does the page name the team or situation it fits?
  3. Are capabilities supported by concrete descriptions or examples?
  4. Are prerequisites, integrations, and material limitations visible?
  5. Does the evidence support the claim immediately beside it?
  6. Does the next step help the reader continue the same decision?

A feature list alone rarely answers these questions. Explain what someone needs to provide, what they can do afterward, and where a technical discussion is needed.

Put proof beside the relevant claim

A client example should identify the initial problem, Beqi's role, and the documented outcome. Keep the scope clear. A faster publishing workflow does not prove an improvement in AI citations, and a performance test does not establish a conversion increase.

Use screenshots to explain an implementation detail, with a caption naming what the image demonstrates. Put meaningful numbers in readable text and include their measurement context. A decorative customer logo cannot do the work of a case study.

Make important content accessible

Google's guidance for AI features retains the core SEO foundations and does not require special AI markup. Keep important facts in readable page content, use descriptive headings and links, and check that the page can be crawled and indexed.

Connect the page to the relevant service, integration documentation, and client evidence. A short comparison can help if it describes real differences; avoid unsupported superiority claims.

Review one page before expanding the pattern

Ask sales and a technical stakeholder to review the page against questions they hear during evaluation. Record missing facts and misleading wording. Fix those before using the structure across the site.

Beqi can implement the resulting structure in Webflow from your approved designs. Start with a review of priority commercial pages, then measure relevant discovery and inquiries using the reporting guide.
