1. Who we are
Beqi, Inc. (“Beqi,” “we,” or “us”) is a Florida company providing Webflow development, migration, ongoing support, and related website services. This notice covers our website, business enquiries, scheduling, and client relationship activities. For these activities, Beqi determines why and how personal information is used.
Our business mailing address is 2600 SW WILLOWOOD CIR, PALM CITY, FL 34990-4634, United States. Contact kreshnik@beqi.co with privacy questions.
2. Information we collect
You may provide your name, business email, company information, project requirements, correspondence, and files when you contact us. Meeting bookings may include your name, email, time zone, availability, and meeting details. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party records through our public enquiry form.
Our website hosting and embedded services may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and security or diagnostic logs. We may receive professional contact information and messages when you communicate with us through LinkedIn.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess project requirements, prepare proposals, schedule meetings, deliver agreed services, manage client relationships, maintain records, and protect our website and business.
We may follow up on a business conversation or enquiry. You can ask us to stop promotional communications at any time by emailing kreshnik@beqi.co. Service-related correspondence may still be necessary.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own advertising. We use service providers to operate our business; this involves processing information needed to provide their services.
Webflow hosts our website and processes form submissions. Google Calendar supports meeting scheduling. Clarify CRM supports enquiry and client relationship management. LinkedIn processes interactions on its platform under its own privacy terms. These services may also process information for their own purposes as described in their privacy notices.
We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
5. EU and UK visitors
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, our grounds for processing depend on the activity: steps you request before entering a contract and performance of a contract; legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, maintaining relationships, and securing our operations; legal obligations; or consent where required.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
6. International processing
Beqi operates in the United States. Using our services may involve processing information in the United States or countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different privacy laws from your country.
Our Albania-based team does not access EU or UK client personal information. This restriction does not mean that our external service providers process information only in the United States.
Transfers subject to EU or UK data protection law require an applicable legal transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry or engagement. This notice does not represent that Beqi is certified under a Data Privacy Framework.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for the time needed to handle your enquiry or engagement and meet applicable legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the information, the relationship, and any legal retention requirements.
When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized, subject to backup cycles and legal preservation obligations. Contact us to request deletion. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your privacy choices
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Some rights are subject to exceptions and verification requirements.
Send requests to kreshnik@beqi.co. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Client-controlled information
If we process personal information on a client’s behalf while providing website services, our role and instructions are governed by the applicable client agreement and any data processing agreement. Requests concerning information controlled by that client should be directed to the client.
10. Cookies, children, and updates
Our Cookie Notice explains cookies and third-party website features. Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
We may update this notice when our practices or requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
