1. About Beqi
What does Beqi do?
Beqi is a Florida-based Webflow agency that develops and migrates marketing websites, then supports them as they grow. We build from your approved designs and help your team manage pages, CMS content, integrations, SEO and AEO in Webflow.
Who is Beqi a good fit for?
Beqi works with marketing and creative teams that need a reliable Webflow partner. We are especially suited to B2B SaaS, AI, fintech and enterprise teams managing frequent campaigns, complex content or a move from another CMS.
Is Beqi a Webflow partner?
Yes. Beqi is a Webflow Enterprise Partner. Our work focuses on Webflow implementation, migrations and ongoing website operations. You can see examples of our work and hear directly from clients on our Work and Testimonials pages.
Does Beqi design websites or create brand identities?
No. Your team or design partner supplies the approved designs and brand direction. Beqi handles the Webflow development and works with your designers on responsive behavior, reusable components and technical feasibility. E-commerce builds are also outside our focus.
Can Beqi work alongside our design agency or internal team?
Yes. Beqi can handle the Webflow build while your designers own the visual direction and your marketers own the content and priorities. We coordinate technical decisions with your engineers and integration owners so responsibilities stay clear.
Can Beqi work on a site another agency built?
Yes. We first audit the existing Webflow build and document its structure. The next step may be ongoing support, a fixed-scope repair or a rebuild, depending on what the audit finds. Larger structural repairs are scoped separately.
Should we hire an in-house developer or a Webflow agency?
An in-house developer can be the right choice for consistent, full-time work. A Beqi partnership suits teams that need development, CMS, integrations and technical SEO support across a changing roadmap. Compare the work you need, the capacity required and who will cover specialist tasks.
2. Webflow development
What is included in a Webflow build?
A scoped Beqi build covers responsive development, reusable components, CMS collections and templates, agreed interactions, technical SEO foundations, QA and editor training. Integrations, content entry and launch support are defined in the proposal so you know what is included.
What do you need before development starts?
We need the approved designs, page and template list, content status, required integrations and launch priorities. Identify one person who can consolidate feedback and the people who approve content, design and technical decisions. Missing assets or decisions are identified during scoping.
Can you build new pages without rebuilding our entire site?
Yes. If the existing Webflow structure is sound, we can build new landing pages and sections within it. If shared styles, components or CMS models are causing problems, we explain the necessary repairs before adding more pages.
Will our marketers be able to update the site themselves?
Yes. We organize the CMS and reusable components around your publishing workflow and train your team to use them. Routine content updates should not require a developer. New functionality or changes to the underlying component system may still need development support.
How long does Webflow development take?
The schedule depends on unique templates, CMS collections, integrations, interaction complexity and how ready the designs and content are. Beqi agrees the scope and milestones before work begins. A new campaign page and a multi-section enterprise site need different timelines.
Can you build custom animations and interactive features?
Yes, within the agreed scope. We use native Webflow capabilities where they fit and custom code where needed. Interactions are reviewed for responsive behavior, keyboard use, reduced-motion needs and performance so they remain practical to maintain.
Can Webflow replace our product application or every backend system?
A marketing website and a product application have different requirements. We review authentication, data handling, workflows and integrations before recommending an approach. Your application, CRM or other backend may remain separate while Webflow handles the marketing site.
3. Migration & launch
Which platforms can Beqi migrate to Webflow?
Common starting points include WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Contentful, Squarespace and custom stacks. We inventory URLs, content models, templates, forms and integrations first. Platform-specific features need a planned replacement; moving content alone is not the whole migration.
Can we migrate without redesigning the website?
Yes. Beqi can rebuild your current approved design in Webflow while improving the underlying structure and CMS. If you also want a redesign, your design team can supply it as part of the project. The two scopes should be agreed separately.
How does Beqi protect SEO during a migration?
We inventory existing URLs, preserve them where practical, map changed URLs to relevant 301 redirects, and carry over important metadata and content. We check canonical signals, internal links, indexing settings and tracking around launch. Rankings can fluctuate, so no migration should promise zero SEO risk.
Will our website go offline during the move?
The existing site can stay live while the Webflow version is built and tested on staging. The launch plan covers the domain switch and post-launch checks. Any downtime risk depends on DNS, hosting and deployment constraints and should be discussed before launch.
Do you migrate blog posts and other CMS content?
Yes, when included in scope. We map the source content to Webflow collections and templates before importing it, then check fields, references, images, links and representative entries. Content volume and the quality of the source data affect the effort.
What happens to forms, CRM connections and analytics?
They are inventoried as part of the migration. We reconnect the agreed tools, map form fields and verify lead routing and tracking. Your CRM can remain in place when its website moves; for example, moving from HubSpot CMS does not require replacing HubSpot CRM.
How long does a Webflow migration take?
The timeline depends on templates, content volume, integrations, locales and review cycles. Beqi has moved Loom’s marketing site in three weeks and Axiom Space’s site in six. Those are project examples, not a guaranteed schedule for every migration.
Can you handle multilingual or complex enterprise migrations?
We assess the content model, languages, regional requirements, integrations and publishing workflow before scoping the move. Localization and platform requirements should be resolved before development. Translation ownership, review responsibilities and any additional platform costs are part of that discussion.
How do you manage launch approval and post-launch checks?
The launch should have named approvers and a checklist covering key pages, forms, redirects, tracking and responsive behavior. Beqi validates the live site after the switch and addresses issues within the agreed launch-support scope. Longer-term improvements can continue through an Ongoing Partnership.
4. Ongoing partnership
What is included in an Ongoing Partnership?
Beqi’s Ongoing Partnership covers agreed page and campaign builds, bug fixes, CMS and component upkeep, performance and SEO/AEO maintenance, and team training. Your team sets the priorities; we implement them within the capacity and scope of the partnership.
How is a partnership different from basic website maintenance?
Maintenance keeps the current site working. An Ongoing Partnership also delivers new work, such as landing pages, campaign sections and tests, from a roadmap your marketing team controls. It combines website upkeep with regular development.
How quickly are requests completed?
Most updates and fixes ship within one to two business days. Larger builds are scoped and scheduled. Timing depends on complexity, required assets, approvals and the agreed queue; it is not a promise that every request can be completed in two days.
Is there a minimum partnership commitment?
The current Ongoing Partnership starts with a three-month minimum and is billed monthly at a flat retainer, with no hourly billing. Scope, capacity, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in your agreement.
Can we hire Beqi for a one-off fix without a retainer?
Yes. Webflow Rescue starts with a diagnostic and can lead to a fixed-scope Fix Sprint. A larger repair or rebuild is priced separately. Moving into an Ongoing Partnership afterward is a separate decision.
How do we decide between a repair and a rebuild?
A repair makes sense when the problems are isolated. A rebuild may be more effective when shared styles, CMS structure or components are the recurring cause. The diagnostic identifies the cause and helps compare the cost of fixing it with the cost of continuing to patch it.
5. SEO, AEO & AI
What is the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO helps people find your pages through search engines. AEO focuses on making information easier for answer engines and AI assistants to understand and cite. Both rely on accessible pages, clear content and trustworthy information; AEO does not replace the foundations of SEO.
What does Beqi’s SEO and AEO service include?
We audit crawling, indexing, speed and site structure, then implement prioritized improvements in Webflow. The work can include metadata, internal links, structured data, entity clarity and direct-answer sections. Scope and reporting are agreed around the pages and goals that matter to your business.
Do you write content or work with our existing content?
Our focus is implementing technical and structural improvements, including metadata, schema, internal links and answer-ready formatting. We can identify content gaps and recommendations for your writers. Original content production should be discussed explicitly rather than assumed to be included.
Can you guarantee rankings, traffic or AI citations?
No. Search engines and AI systems decide which sources to show, and those choices change. Beqi can improve the technical foundation and clarity of your content and report what changes. Guaranteed rankings or citations are not part of our offer.
What helps AI assistants understand our business?
Start with clear, consistent facts about who you serve, what you do, what each service includes and where it has worked. Use direct answers, descriptive headings and relevant proof. Important information should be present as readable page text and reachable through internal links.
Do we need special AI files or FAQ schema to appear in AI search?
There is no universal file or schema that guarantees AI visibility. Google says its AI search features use the same core SEO foundations and do not require special AI markup. Structured data should accurately describe visible content. We prioritize useful answers and crawlability over promises tied to a single file.
Can AI search access be managed separately from AI training?
Some providers offer separate controls. For example, OpenAI distinguishes its search crawler, OAI-SearchBot, from GPTBot, which is used for model training. We review crawler access against your team’s policy; allowing a crawler does not guarantee a citation.
How will we measure SEO and AEO progress?
Agree a baseline and track the outcomes that matter: indexed pages, relevant search visibility, organic visits and qualified conversions, alongside technical fixes. AI referrals and sampled citations can add context, but are incomplete and variable. A higher audit score alone is not proof of increased revenue.
Can Beqi help our team use AI safely in website workflows?
Yes. AI Enablement begins with the workflow and its risks. Useful starting points include metadata, alt text, drafts from approved source material and pre-publish checks. The process includes permissions, source validation and a person responsible for reviewing output before publication.
6. Integrations & governance
Which tools can you connect to Webflow?
Common integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics, tag managers, scheduling, email tools and automation platforms such as Zapier or Make. Custom API work may be appropriate where a connector does not fit. We confirm feasibility, data flow and ownership before agreeing the scope.
Should we use a connector or a custom API integration?
A connector can suit a straightforward workflow with modest volume. Custom API work may make sense for complex logic or larger content syncs. The choice should account for reliability, access requirements, maintenance and recurring tool costs as well as the initial build.
How do you handle integration security and permissions?
We plan integrations with your technical and security teams, document what data moves between systems and request the access needed for the work. Testing happens before launch, and your team approves the production setup. Specific security or procurement requirements should be raised during scoping.
Can marketing publish without losing control of the site?
Reusable components and CMS templates give marketers safe ways to update content. A clear publishing process defines who can edit, review and release changes. The exact permissions and approval features depend on your Webflow setup and plan, which we review with your team.
Who maintains an integration after launch?
That responsibility should be explicit. A connection can fail when a field, credential, API or external tool changes. Beqi documents the setup and can include agreed monitoring and fixes in an Ongoing Partnership. Third-party service availability remains outside our control.
7. Performance & optimization
Can you improve a slow Webflow site without redesigning it?
Often, yes. We look at images, fonts, scripts, interactions and page structure to find the causes of slow loading or poor responsiveness. Some fixes are small; others need structural changes. An audit establishes priorities before work begins.
What is the difference between Core Web Vitals and a Lighthouse score?
Core Web Vitals describe real user experience through loading, responsiveness and visual stability metrics. Lighthouse is a diagnostic test under a particular set of conditions. We use lab tests to investigate problems and field data, when available, to assess how visitors actually experience the site.
Do you check accessibility?
Accessibility checks are part of building a usable site, including headings, keyboard navigation, forms, contrast and responsive behavior. If you need a defined conformance target or a formal audit, include it in the scope. Automated checks alone cannot establish that an entire site is accessible.
Can Beqi run A/B tests and personalization on Webflow?
Yes. We can implement variants and measurement using a suitable testing setup, including Webflow Optimize when it fits. Tool choice depends on your plan, traffic, goals and consent requirements. Each experiment should have a clear hypothesis and success metric.
What if our site does not have enough traffic for an A/B test?
A small audience may not produce a reliable result in a useful timeframe. Start with measurement quality, obvious journey friction and qualitative evidence. Before-and-after comparisons can guide decisions, but they should not be presented as proving a change caused the result.
8. Scope, pricing & next steps
How much does it cost to work with Beqi?
Development and migration projects are priced upfront against an agreed scope. The main factors are unique templates, content volume, CMS complexity, integrations and QA needs. Ongoing work uses a flat monthly retainer. Send your site and requirements for a proposal specific to your project.
What should we budget for beyond development?
Consider the Webflow subscription, any localization or testing products, third-party tools, content or design work, and ongoing maintenance. Ask which costs are included in the proposal and which are paid separately. Platform and vendor fees should be confirmed for your actual setup.
Do we need a Webflow Enterprise plan?
Not every project needs Enterprise. The decision depends on your governance, collaboration, security, scale and support requirements. Beqi can help identify those requirements; Webflow confirms the current plan capabilities and commercial terms.
Who owns the website after the project?
The intended handoff gives your team control of the Webflow site, CMS and day-to-day publishing. Workspace access, deliverables, intellectual property and third-party licenses should be explicit in the signed agreement. Confirm these before the project starts.
How much time will our internal team need to contribute?
Your team supplies or approves design and content, answers product questions, provides system access and reviews milestones. A named decision-maker helps keep feedback consistent. We agree review points during planning; delayed inputs or approvals can affect the schedule.
How do we define whether the project was successful?
Choose a small set of outcomes before work starts: faster page publishing, fewer broken workflows, preserved migration URLs, better site performance or more qualified enquiries. Establish the starting point and who measures each outcome. The project should be evaluated against those agreed goals.
What should we send to get started?
Send your current website, the change you need, any designs or brief, key integrations, target timeline and budget range. If the scope is not clear yet, describe what is slowing your team down. We can use that to identify a sensible starting point.
