If your Webflow site fights you on every update, this is built for you

Webflow is not the problem. The build is. A site put together in a hurry, or patched by several hands over the years, turns every update into a risk: something breaks, publishing gets blocked, and the team stops touching it. You don’t need a new platform. You need the structure fixed.

If any of these sound familiar, we can help:

  • Changing one component breaks three pages you didn’t touch
  • Publishing is blocked, or the team is afraid to press the button
  • Forms, tracking or key user journeys fail without anyone noticing
  • Pages load slowly, and nobody can say exactly why
  • Whoever built the site is gone, and nothing was documented
  • You’ve been told to rebuild from scratch, and want a second opinion first

What’s included in our work?

01

Webflow website audit

We go through the build the way a new developer would: class structure, components, CMS, interactions, integrations and page speed, checked against the Client-First standard. You get a scored diagnostic of what is fragile and what it would take to fix, and it’s yours to keep whatever you decide.

02

Webflow Fix Sprint

The most damaging problems are fixed first, in a short sprint with a fixed scope and price that you approve before we start. It’s the fastest way to unblock publishing or repair a broken journey, and it comes with no ongoing commitment, so you can stop there if that is enough.

03

Component and class cleanup

Fragile components are rebuilt as reusable ones, and class naming is brought to one consistent standard across the site, so a change in one place stops breaking another. New pages can then be assembled from parts your team can rely on, without checking every other page.

04

CMS and publishing repair

Collections, fields and templates are restructured around how your team publishes, and broken references between them are fixed. Editors get a CMS where adding or changing content doesn’t break the layout, so publishing a page no longer needs a developer.

05

Performance and journey fixes

Slow pages are traced to their cause, whether heavy assets, third-party scripts or layout, and fixed at the source instead of being masked. Forms, tracking and key user journeys are then tested end to end on staging, so leads stop getting lost on the live site without anyone noticing.

06

A structural rebuild, when it’s the right call

When the structure itself is the problem, we say so plainly, and rebuild it on the same platform instead of patching it again. A larger repair or rebuild is scoped and priced separately upfront, so you can decide with the full picture in front of you before any work starts.

Not included: Web design and e-commerce builds. Moving to Webflow from another platform is covered by our Webflow Development and Migration service.

How a structural rebuild made Petal Card’s site 45% faster

Petal Card was already on Webflow, but pages loaded slowly, updates were harder than they should have been, and the build didn’t follow Webflow best practices. Patching the visible issues wouldn’t have fixed it, so Beqi rebuilt the structure, components and CMS patterns. The platform stayed the same. The site became faster and easier to run.

How a Webflow Rescue runs

01

Diagnose

We audit the build and score what is fragile, blocked or unreliable. You keep the diagnostic, whatever you decide to do next.

02

Agree on the fix

We propose a Fix Sprint for the urgent problems, or a wider repair where needed. Scope and price are fixed before work starts.

03

Repair

Our senior developers fix or rebuild on staging and test every affected page. Changes go live only after your team’s sign-off.

04

Hand over

Your team gets documentation and training on the repaired site. If you want ongoing help, the work continues as an Ongoing Partnership.
