Webflow launched Campaigns on October 20, 2026. The standalone product is aimed at marketers creating landing pages and ads, with reporting that connects campaign activity to pipeline. It runs separately from the core website.
For B2B teams, the practical question is where it would improve the current campaign process. Start with the part that regularly delays a launch, then test whether Campaigns addresses it.
What Webflow has announced
Webflow says Campaigns can create a reusable design system from your brand and use a brief to generate landing pages and related ads. Teams can edit the output, create audience-specific page variations with their own URLs, and connect Marketo or HubSpot forms.
The launch also includes a Google Ads integration for Performance Max campaigns and HubSpot or Salesforce connections for pipeline reporting. Those are announced capabilities. This article assesses the release; it is not a hands-on product review.
Check where the campaign currently gets stuck
Look at a recent campaign from brief to launch. Did the team wait for page development? Did copy approval take longer than the build? Was the delay in lead routing or campaign setup?
A new page-building workflow is most relevant when building and adapting pages consumes time the team needs elsewhere. If the recurring delay is an unresolved offer or missing approval, include that in the pilot. Software cannot decide who owns those decisions.
Also check what you already have. A well-maintained component library may cover straightforward landing-page needs. A separate campaign product should have a clear role alongside the main site.
Use one campaign as a pilot
Choose a campaign with a defined audience, an approved offer, and a clear conversion action. Agree the review process before generating variants.
- Check the generated page against your approved brand and product information.
- Review the mobile layout, accessibility, links, and form behavior.
- Submit test leads and follow them through the existing marketing workflow.
- Confirm how the campaign will be identified in analytics and the CRM.
- Assign an owner for edits, publishing, and retiring pages after the campaign ends.
Decide which page variations should be discoverable in organic search and how overlapping versions will be handled. Campaign intent and durable search content can require different editorial decisions.
Measure delivery as well as response
For the pilot, record the time from an approved brief to a page ready for review, the work required to finish it, and the campaign’s qualified response. Compare those with a reasonably similar campaign where possible.
If the offer, audience, or media spend changes substantially, note that in the comparison. Better campaign results alone would not show which part of the new workflow made the difference.
Before committing, confirm commercial terms, account access, integration requirements, and responsibilities for ongoing maintenance. Use the pilot to decide whether Campaigns deserves a place in the team’s regular workflow.
